Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your official tracking information the moment your package leaves our fulfillment center.

Important Notice for International Orders: Shipping times may vary based on the destination country and local customs procedures. Because we sell dietary supplements, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the ingredients in our products are legally permitted to be imported into their country. AKZYA is not responsible for any packages that are delayed, held, or confiscated by international customs. Any applicable import duties, taxes, or clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Tracking and Notifications
Every shipment includes a tracking number sent via email once your order is fulfilled. You can use this number to follow your package’s journey in real-time through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Issues
If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, we are here to help. Please contact our support team within 5 to 7 business days of the delivery date. For damaged items, please include clear photos of both the product and the packaging so we can resolve the issue immediately.
